[3]All wu's are sound effects for crying.

[4]So the original is 不开森 it doesn't actually mean not happy but it can also be pronounced as not happy, but it's more slang-ish and it really makes use of how Chinese tones/pinyin work. Many people do this on the internet like how 什么 (what) people might instead type 神马 (God horse) but they are actually trying to say the word what. Most people do this because they are too lazy to choose the correct word during text, but the other party would still understand what they are saying.
